Student Satisfaction Survey in 2020-2021,2021-2022, 2022-2023

The undergraduate satisfaction survey aims to understand variousactivities of university students on campus, their assessment of the campusenvironment, and their satisfaction with the support provided by theuniversity. Based on this, it seeks to understand students' hopes for theuniversity's development vision, and assess the current satisfaction ofstudents in the School of Economics and Management at Shanghai PolytechnicUniversity with university experience and the learning environment. Thisinformation will be used to provide policy recommendations for the university'stransformation and development.

This measurement questionnaire will evaluatestudents' participation in various campus activities and measure their currentunderstanding of their major, their evaluation of the courses, their assessmentof the faculty, and their satisfaction with the learning support provided bythe university. It aims to provide the university with more comprehensive datato better understand students' developmental issues and to provide policyrecommendations for improvement, ultimately enhancing student satisfaction andimproving the university's level and quality of education
