SEM has established systematic leadership processes that promote performance excellence and continuous improvement. The administrators, faculty, and staff in SEM are continuously and consistently involved in SEM’s daily operations. These operations include providing value to our stakeholders, delivering quality higher education, and sustaining compliance with governance bodies and accreditation agencies (e.g., Program Review Committees of Ministry of Education, ACBSP, etc.). Values and expectations are integrated into our leadership processes to enable SEM to address it is societal responsibilities and community involvement.
